Washing & Conditioning
- Detangle gently before washing.
- Use lukewarm water and sulfate-free shampoo.
- Wash downward without rubbing or twisting.
- Apply conditioner from the mid-lengths through the ends.
- Rinse thoroughly.
Drying & Detangling
- Gently blot excess water with a soft towel. Do not rub.
- Allow the hair to air-dry whenever possible.
- Begin detangling at the ends and work upward.
- Use a wide-tooth comb or extension-safe brush.
- Support the hair near the base while brushing.
Heat Styling
- Always apply heat protectant before styling.
- Use the lowest effective temperature.
- Avoid excessive or repeated heat exposure.
Sleeping & Storage
- Never sleep with wet extensions.
- Secure installed hair in a loose braid or ponytail before bed.
- Store removable extensions flat in their satin bag after use.
Avoid applying heavy oils or conditioners near clips, tape tabs, wefts, or lace. Consult a licensed professional before coloring, chemically processing, or installing your hair.
