OliviaRose currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Please allow approximately 7–10 days for your order to be processed, prepared, and delivered.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Hair Extensions

Final Sale

For hygiene and safety reasons, all hair extensions and hair products are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

This includes bundles, wigs, tape-ins, clip-ins, ponytails, and other hair extension products.

Customers should confirm their color, length, texture, quantity, and product selection before purchasing.

If an incorrect, damaged, or defective item is received, please contact OliviaRose with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. Hair should not be installed, worn, washed, cut, colored, or altered while the issue is being reviewed.

OliviaRose Collective Clothing

Exchange Only — No Refunds

OliviaRose Collective apparel is exchange only. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange, clothing must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In its original condition
• Free from stains, makeup, deodorant, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear
• Returned with all original tags attached

Items with removed or detached tags are not eligible for exchange. Exchanges are subject to size and product availability.
